History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Godfrey was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Godfrey decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Carter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Theodoric will drive conversation. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has achieved small success as a Healer.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern
