History: Manfred lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Gifted from a young age, Dean studied abroad. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a black small hat and black clothes. His white hair is cut short. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Carter profession.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Dean was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dean decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.

History: Shane hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Shane was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels threatened by others
