History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now owns his own business.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 6'1" and prefers to wear flannel. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Healer. His hair is brown and very short. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Conrad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Conrad abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Roland embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born in the east to a Performer, Roland learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Bellfounder, but he got bored and became a Performer. He's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a yellow costume with the symbols of strength on his torso. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new laborer responsibilities is difficult
