History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He worked as a nervous Shipwright and found it very stressful. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shipwright.

Description: He stands about 6'3" and wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Norman is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His black hair is thinning but still full. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Richard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Raymond was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bookbinder. He now mingles about in high society.
