History: Jocelyn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Anthony was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Rolf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Kyle isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kyle does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Kyle abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
