Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Shane's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: Shane lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Diggory was born the youngest of three triplets. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He got into the Scribe business at a young age. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Scribe. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Scribe and was forced into it by his family; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and is pretty ugly. His red hair is singed and shortened. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aldous fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against goblins

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His hair is silver and very short. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
