Description: This man is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Guard. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.
History: Thomas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a grey coat. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: Ernest was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has worked as a Mason like his father before him.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mason responsibilities is difficult; and to be a tanner again

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'5" when asserting himself. He wears a colorful flower in his blonde hair. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Bertram abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he's looking for his big break

Description: Standing 5'7", this man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He wears a colorful flower in his blonde hair. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Heward was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Heward took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He has achieved small success as a Herbalist.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.
