History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Arnold grew up listening to his father's many stories. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. The war was a terrible time for him, and Robert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Robert was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.
