Description: This man stands a little under 6'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is black and very short. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Percival liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he sports tan clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has moderate length chestnut hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses like a well dressed Sellsword does, and is pretty ugly. His white hair is long and unkept. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to be a stableman again

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze, marred by beers. He has no hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his warhammer with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Clerebold lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
