Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Gifted from a young age, Lance studied abroad. His childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: Dean lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
