History: Norman was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shipwright and was forced into it by his family; and to unite with his sister
