He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Raymond was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
