Description: This man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on his right hand. His hair is short and brown. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Chad was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
