Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When Roger reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. A true patriot, Dean would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Dean lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was.
