History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His childhood dream was to be a Soapmaker, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Bertram enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'0" when asserting himself. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
