Arnold Bristol, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his bastard sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born to a Butcher, his father struggled to pay the bills. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Arnold took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. After months of barely getting by, Arnold managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
