History: Born in the east to a Miller, Anselm learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Carter, but he got bored and became a Miller. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miller for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
