History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
