Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Robert lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To unite with his sister.

Description: This dark-skinned male wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears black trousers with green and white striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: He is a mite stocky and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to reunite with his absent father
