Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He takes great joy in being the best Carter in town.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His first spouse was a Banker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: A middle-aged man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and is pretty ugly. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is content; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he typically wears red cloth garments or leather armor. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Reynard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.
