History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Hugh was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Marshal. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
