Personal [hide]
Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many violet ritualistic tattoos. He wears a yellow broad hat and yellow clothes. He has moderate length brown hair. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.
