Description: He wears a black tunic with white highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Ralf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with yellow colored cloaks and clothing. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Trym speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was born into a rich family. Trym was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Trym decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dean was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After months of barely getting by, Dean managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has decided he is irredeemable
