He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is a Miner first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. He has achieved small success as a Miner.

History: The child of a Layabout, who enjoyed hunting, Rolf was taken on many hunting expeditions. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Theodoric never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
