History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Miles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to reunite with his absent father

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His childhood dream was to be a Glassblower, but he was a colossal failure. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
