History: Born in the south to a Tailor, Dean learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Recently the stress of being a Tailor has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
