Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Dean lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Apothecary they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Fortune-teller, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
