History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Bricklayer again; and sabotage a competitor

History: He was born in the south. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
