John Yardley, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: He is typically in his Carpenter uniform. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His red hair is heavily combed to the right. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He tends to his Carpenter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Ideals: Professionalism. Flaws: Cynical. Bonds: Job, Mentor, Rich. Occupation: Carpenter

Voice: Hard of hearing, loud

Norman Barlow, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: He is a mite stocky and prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Everard speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Everard reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
