Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hugh embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears skinny pants and wears a blue and black robe with the hood down. He wears his golden hair down. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Brewer. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: To be a Courier again; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is red, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Geoffrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: This man stands a little under 5'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in the west to a Fisher, Geoffrey learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
