Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Born to a Sculptor, his father struggled to pay the bills. Rolf was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rolf decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Cook kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He got into the Slave Trader business at a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is greedy

Description: He is lean but muscular and is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. He has amber eyes.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Hunter was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He carries with him a set of tridents on his belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He wears a colorful flower in his silver hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Manfred was born with his mother's beautiful face. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Manfred took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up trident and armor he uses now. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
