History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'7" and very much looks the part of a Bather. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He got into the Bather business at a young age. Through the years after John was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. John's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with brown slacks. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a black collared shirt and white pants. He accessorizes with a yellow scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'8" when asserting himself. His blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: Bertram is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and sabotage a competitor
