History: The child of a Sellsword, who enjoyed hunting, Ralf was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Ralf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He got into the Mercenary business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and expand his business

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand his business; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it
