History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He worked as a nervous Seamstress and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Seamstress for hire.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'9" and wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is an amazing painter.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
