History: Roland was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Gilbert was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Blacksmith. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Blacksmith for the past few years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: He wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his nunchaku. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his nunchaku, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is a great chef.

History: Bernard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Carpenter for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Bernard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Bernard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
