Bernard Beverly, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Gifted from a young age, Bernard studied abroad. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
Ideals: Gifted. Flaws: Insomniac, Antagonistic. Bonds: Rich, Family. Occupation: Body Guard

Chad Walpole, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Chad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
Ideals: Professionalism. Flaws: Ugly, Cynical. Bonds: Poor, Adventurer. Occupation: Knight
Voice: Adds syll-ab-les for em-pha-sis

He wears a simple black robe with white stripes complete with hood. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
