Description: This man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his right hand. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: Hugh lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: Don wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He is portly but not overly obese. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Rolf is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Description: He is dressed in an above average manner. He carries with him a set of bows, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he wants to get laid
