History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Roland and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down. His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He wears a brown broad hat and brown clothes. He is portly but not overly obese. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Peter grew up listening to his mother's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Peter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hugh studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He wears just a black suit, and he perpetually has his shield ready. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down
