History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Butcher born in the past three hundred years. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Shoemaker, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Soapmaker. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new soapmaker responsibilities is difficult
