History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He married young, but lost his spouse to giants. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

History: Odo hails from a village terrorized by orcs. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people
