History: Gifted from a young age, Aldous studied abroad. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Simon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Simon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Beggar for hire.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and wants to open a new tavern

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Ernest enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
