Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fletcher business.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: An older man who wears dark leathers with embroidery, he is not a threatening figure. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is a great chef.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Baker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He is greedy; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He works hard and plays hard.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Sage kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and seeks redemption

Description: 6'5" and muscular, this western man wears skinny pants and wears a green and blue robe with the hood down. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the left. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arnold grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arnold. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
