Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. A freak accident while working with his Sculptor mother left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his halberd with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Sage business.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, marred by beers. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: Kyle was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a pastel shirt with thin blue vertical stripes and black pants. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and expand his business
