In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ralf grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His hair is short and brown. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. He struck the Knight job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: This tall, slender man wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with red colored cloaks and clothing. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Bernard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Bernard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Bernard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To be a Scribe again; and to unite with his sister
