History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Gifted from a young age, Simon studied abroad. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
