History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theodoric grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born in the south. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He is a Ploughman first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gifted student he started as a Painter, but he got bored and became a Ploughman. He tends to his Ploughman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ploughman responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered green stockings, and is pretty ugly. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Richard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Richard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Richard decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by giants. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
