Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Miles enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His first spouse was a Marshal, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Baker, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Bernard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Bernard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born in the south. A freak accident while working with his Unemployed mother left him crippled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.
