Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Godfrey never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Ernest was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
