Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, and is pretty ugly. His hair is brown and very short. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Roger was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Masseuse. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is greedy
