History: He was born in a small plains village. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Miller father left him crippled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Richard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
